This website is operated by Sean Countertops Inc. (“we”, “us”), a stone fabrication and installation company with its head office at 300 & 310 Deerhide Crescent, North York, ON M9M 2Y6. This policy explains what information we collect through seancountertops.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

You can contact us through three forms on this website: the Fast Estimate Request and Book Templating forms in the “Start Your Project” section, and the General Inquiries form on our Contact page. Depending on the form, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The type of project or service you're interested in, your slab material preference, and preferred templating date and time.
• Your project address (templating requests).
• Your message, subject line, and any project details you choose to include.
• An optional file you upload with an estimate request, such as blueprints, drawings or dimensions (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 4MB).
• The page of our website the form was submitted from, and the date and time of submission.

Please don't include sensitive personal information (such as financial or health information) in a form or upload.

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, or arrange a templating appointment.
• To send you a one-time email confirming we received your request.
• To communicate with you about a project you ask us to quote or complete.
• To protect our forms from spam, abuse and automated submissions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use form submissions to add you to a marketing list.

Like most websites, we rely on third-party service providers to operate this site. They may process information on our behalf as part of providing those services, including on servers located outside Canada, such as in the United States.

• Hosting — Vercel hosts this website and processes form submissions as they are sent to us.
• Email — Google Workspace delivers form submissions to our business inbox, where they are stored as emails with any attached files, and sends your confirmation email.
• Security and spam protection — Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical information about your browser and device when you use a form, to confirm the submission isn't automated.
• Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics records page views so we can understand overall website traffic, such as which pages are visited, referring websites, and general browser, device and country information. We use it only for overall traffic reporting, not to identify individual visitors, and our website does not set cookies for analytics.
• Maps — our Contact page includes an embedded Google Map. When it loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.

We keep form submissions and related emails, including any files you send, for up to 24 months. We may keep them longer only when they are needed for an active customer relationship, to meet a legal obligation, or in connection with a dispute.

Form submissions are sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and delivered to us by email over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.
